Wayne Highlander, Bona Adhesives National Sales Manager, is a second-generation hardwood floor contractor with over 30 years of experience on jobsite glue down installations from large commercial work to residential. Wayne is NWFA certified in installation as well as sand and finish and has been awarded the Vanguard Degree, the Ambassador Degree and Advanced Craftsman Degree. His background as an installer and flooring company owners gives a great perspective for finding solutions for the challenges faced by builders, contractors and retail companies.

Frank Coppolino, Commercial Specification Manager- Adhesives has been in the NYC commercial flooring market for 25 years and has spent the last decade educating architects and designers on products and installation methods. Frank has extensive knowledge of specialty flooring systems and is a member of the NWFA and MFMA.
