It seems as if all the planning in the world can not prepare us for what we encounter when the flooring installation job starts. And once the flooring is in place, we tend to be at the mercy of whatever may be in or below the concrete slab. In this webinar, Russell will review how the performance characteristics of the cushion-backed carpet tile provide lasting benefits, to the customer, as well as the dealer and installer. He'll explain the root cause for some of the more common flooring failures and why Milliken’s science-based solutions work.  


Presenter, Russell Cleveland, the North American Quality Director for the Floor Covering Division of Milliken and Company, has a BS in Manufacturing Management and Quality Control from Auburn University. He began his career with Milliken’s Automotive Division in 1988, serving in multiple roles from manufacturing management to process engineering. He moved into the Floor Covering division in 2009, first serving as the Manufacturing Manager for the tufting operation, then the Business Technical Manager and in 2014 to his current position as the Quality Director. Russell’s leads the Quality Assurance Team on business development projects, leading dealer training efforts, creating solutions for technical and product opportunities in the field.
