Presenter, Jon McEntyre, Commercial Regional Sales Manager, has over 18 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry. This includes working directly for a flooring contractor, many years with Shaw Industries and currently with MAXXON Corporation. During this time Jon has had extensive involvement with installation, sales, new product development, marketing and other areas supporting the flooring industry.

Presenter, Woody Belflower, Sales and Service Specialist, has over 29 years of expertise in the floor covering industry. He started his career at Shaw Industries and held roles ranging from Quality Engineer to Senior Regional Claims Manager and Director of Field Services. Besides leading a team of Field Technical Representatives, Woody was responsible for seeking and evaluating innovative products and taking those to market. In his current role he supports the MAXXON Commercial team, working with customers regarding job site issues, floor prep, abatement and concrete moisture issues. He also works with flooring manufacturers and industry organizations to keep MAXXON at the forefront of product solutions.
