Presenter Heather Rice, Director of Commercial Sales-Midwest Division for Maxxon, has almost 20 years of experience in the floor preparation and moisture mitigation industry. During her career she has worked for both major flooring contractors and floor prep manufacturers. Heather’s vast knowledge of portand, hydraulic and gypsum cements, sound and fire ratings, as well as different moisture mitigation options, positions her as an authority on the multiple issues affecting subflooring. Heather is a Certified Concrete Moisture Testing Technician with the International Concrete Repair Institute.
