In this webinar, Don Jewell will outline the pros and cons of "re-coating" resilient flooring with a permanently adhered finish. He will discuss the importance of cleaning, types of surfaces, the pros and cons of mechanical vs. chemical preparation and the advantages and disadvantages of permanent vs. semi-permanent coatings.

Presenter, Don Jewell started in the flooring industry in 1993 as an apprentice for a wood flooring contractor. From 1997 to 2008, he had  his own wood floor contracting business. Then in 2008, Don moved to the manufacturing side of the industry working for Capri Cork and Loba-Wakol in technical sales and management. Since 2017, Don has been Head of Technical for Loba-Wakol. Teaching and mentoring others in the industry are his key motivators.
